These terms cover how you use this website and how to read the estimates and tools on it. They are a starting point and not a substitute for legal advice — they should be reviewed, and any terms of sale added, before launch.

Estimates are indicative

Any figure produced by our calculators, or given as an initial estimate, is indicative only. It is not a quotation, an offer or a fixed price. Availability, fitting arrangements, quantities and final prices are confirmed in writing with a formal quotation, normally after an on-site measure.

Our calculators

The floor-area and budget tools are planning aids. They run in your browser, store nothing and send nothing externally. They do not produce a cutting plan, a stair measurement or a final price, and results should always be confirmed with a measure.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this website is a request for information — it does not create a contract. We will respond to discuss your project.

Accuracy of content

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and helpful, but flooring products, methods and best practice change. Product-specific claims should be checked against the manufacturer's documentation, and site-specific decisions confirmed at a measure.
